- If you have a question about your bill, need to submit a change of address, or are experiencing problems with your service, call SFPUC Customer Service at (415) 551-3000.
- For water emergencies, dial (415) 551-3099, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; after business hours or on holidays, call (415) 550-4911.
- To report a water main break, contact City Services at (415) 550-4956.
